DIN 2.4066 Hollow Bar has a density of 8.9 g/cm3 and showcases a minimum tensile strength of 462mpa with a minimum yield strength of 148mpa. The robust modules can be easily elongated by 45% in the system. The 2.4066 Nickel 200 Cold Rolled Bar is processed soon after the hot rolling process. These bars have enhanced strength coupled with good tolerance and have a melting point of 1446 degrees C. The ASTM B160 Nickel 200 flat Bar is a common type of bar that is designed with a rectangular cross-sectional area. These bars typically have a hardness between 70 to 90 Rockwell B. Alloy 200 Flat Bar is commonly seen in use in structural applications where modules require good strength at the same time are lightweight. Accurate Tolerance means the tolerance of the Dia is very restricted i.e 0.10 mm approximatly depending on the size of the Dia and as per the customer’s specific requirement.

Alloy 20 (UNS N08020) is an austenitic, nickel-iron-chromium based super alloy with additions of Copper and Molybdenum which provide resistance to hostile environments, pitting, and crevice corrosion. It is also stabilized with Columbium to minimize carbide precipitation during welding. Alloy 20 appears to fall between both the stainless and nickel categories as it contains characteristics of both.
